One client, located in the Middle East, contracted our team to perform asset management and owner representation for his property in the Cote’ D’Azur. We provided full management support in many specialisations including, but limited to sales and marketing, revenue management and financial oversight.

In addition to managing the day-to-day owner responsibilities, we also set the groundwork for a successful future through a five year strategic plan that included ongoing facility improvements.

Through the course of Asil’s owner representation, the property saw year-on-year performance improvements due, in large part, to our proactive sales and marketing efforts and growth of RevPar through effective revenue management and realignment of the business mix.
